16 oz of Mexican valveeta cheese
1 large onion
1 lb of Jimmy Dean's hot breakfast sausage
16 oz. jar of hot pace picante sauce
1 - 2 c. jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and scramble into tiny pieces. Dice onion, cube cheese into 1 inch chunks, finely dice jalapeņos (I use a mini food processor).
Mix everything in a large glass bowl and micro wave for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove and stir. Repeat microwave process until the cheese is melted.
