1 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
or 1 teaspoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
1 onion, quartered
3 yellow summer squash
3 medium zucchini
6 ripe, firm plum tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Let
stand overnight. Slice yellow squash and zucchini
lengthwise into thirds. Brush with seasoned oil mixture. Grill over a medium hot fire 8 to 10
minutes. Brush tomatoes with seasoned oil mixture
and add to grill. Continue grilling 5 additional
minutes until vegetables are just tender.
