4 quail
4 slices jalapeņo pepper
4 slices cream cheese
4 slices bacon
soy sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Debone the breasts from each quail. Place a slice
of jalapeņo and a slice of cream cheese on each
quail breast. Fold the breast and wrap with a slice
of bacon. Secure with 1 or 2 toothpicks. Bundles
may be marinated in soy sauce or grilled
immediately. Grill over medium heat until bacon is
crisp. Serve 2 breasts (1 quail) per person or slice
and pass as an appetizer.

Chicken breasts make a wonderful substitute for
the quail.
