4 chicken breasts or 6-8 chicken tenderloins
1 stick butter
1 small onion (optional)
2-10 oz. packages chopped broccoli, frozen
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 jar cheez whiz
2 cups minute rice
1 tsp. salt
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost broccoli in microwave and drain. In small saucepan, melt butter and saute onions until lightly brown. Mix all ingredients together except chicken. In a greased casserole dish, place chicken on the bottom and pour mixture over top. Bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
