1 can black-eyed peas, rinse and drain
1 can white corn, rinse and drain
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red onion
1 jar pimentos, rinse and drain
1 can pinto beans rinse and drain
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup wine or apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar

Directions:

Boil last 3 ingredients, then cool. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
