12 thick slices of tomato
2 10 oz. packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. finely chopped green onions
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomato slices in a lightly greased 9 " x 13" baking dish. Cook spinach and squeeze out excess water. Combine with remaining ingredients. Mound on top of tomato slices. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until spinach mixture is set.
