1 c. flour
1/3 c. crisco, plus a little more
cold water
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, salt, and crisco (cut in)
Add cold water, a little at a time, until it holds together. Make into a ball and press flat. Flour the counter/table, and roll out.

Makes 1-9 inch crust
