1 1/2 c. chopped peaches, fresh or frozen
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1 jalapeņo, finely chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lime juice
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips or with a broiled chicken breast or pork chop. A family favorite!
