2 c. br. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c margarine ( cut in)
Reserve one cup of this mixture and set aside.
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp B soda
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. choc. chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the eggs, milk, soda, vanilla and salt. and add the crumb mixture, minus the one cup reserved. Stir together. It may be lumpy. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan or a jelly roll size. Top with the reserved cup of crumb mixture and choc. chips.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25- 35 minutes.
