Beat the eggs and add the milk. Stir in the dry ingredients and blend until the mixture is free of lumps. Drop a ladle full of the liquid into a hot, greased pan and cook until the edges start to curl. Flip and continue to cook another minute or two until lightly browned. Roll up as you would a crepe and serve with butter and syrup of your choice.
