2 oz fresh basil (measured without stems)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
2 oz pinenuts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3.4 T olive oil

Pasta of choice prepared according to directions

Directions:
Directions:
Roast pinenuts by spreading on cookie sheet and cooking until golden. Set aside.

Do not prepare pesto sauce until pasta is ready to eat.

In foodprocesser, mix basil, garlic, salt and pinenuts until finely ground. Add cheese and gradually pour in oil.

Mix over hot pasta and serve immediately.
