2 c. potatoes, cubed
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. carrots, chopped
3 cans clams
2 c. tomatoes
2 pkg. chicken bouillon
1 c. water
1 c. V-8 juice
1/2 c. spinach
1/4 c. parsley
1. tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute first 5 ingredients in 1/8 c. broth for 4 minutes. Add the other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes or so.
