1 lb. beef cubes, tenderized with a mallet if necessary
2 cans cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1 can water
chopped onion or onion powder if desired
1 c. sour cream
hot, cooked noodles

Directions:

Mix beef, soup, water, and onion in casserole dish or roasting pan and bake at 325 or less for 3 hours. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.

I have a similar recipe that uses plain mushroom soup and onion soup mix. I cook it in a crock pot, which makes the can of water unnecessary. After serving the picky eaters, I add a can of drained mushrooms. We often serve it over rice. This is about as easy as you can get for a Sunday dinner.
