1 lb bacon
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
3 Tbs bacon drippings
1 can (12 oz) whole kernel corn
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Saute onion and green pepper in 3 Tbs of bacon drippings. Mix with corn, eggs, milk, cornmeal and pepper; add bacon. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
