l - C. Half & Half 2 - Eggs l/2 C. Flour 1 - 27 Oz. Can Whole Green Chilies (mild or whatever) 1# Grated Cheddar Cheese (or Mix w/Monterey) l - 16 Oz. Can Tomato Sauce
Beat milk, eggs and flour til smooth. Split chilies, rinse and drain. Place chilies in bottom of 9 x 12 pan. Pour egg mixture over top. Tomato sauce over that and cheese on top. Bake 45-60 minutes @ 350
