1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place oven rack on next-to- lowest shelf. Preheat oven to 450. Grease 6 deep muffin or popover pans and sprinkle with Parmesan; set aside. In medium bowl, combine milk, flour, butter, and salt. Beat in eggs just until blended (over-beating will reduce volume). Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 (do not open the door) and bake 20.niriutes:Carefully remove popovers with Spatula and serve immediately.
