8c hot water
4c whole wheat flour
4pk yeast
3tbsp salt
8tbsp molassis
8tbsp liquid shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in water 10-15 minutes. Then add salt and molassis. Add flour with spoon as long as you can stir. When you can't stir anymore, add flour gradually kneading it in so it won't be sticky. Coat with shortening before letting rise. Let rise in a warm moist place until twice its size. Punch it down again in pan and rise. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, brush the top with butter.
