1 cup water
1 tsp sugar 3 (10 oz) packages frozen snow peas
1 (8oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur
5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves or 11/2 tbsp dried mint
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add the sugar. Drop in the snow peas and cook until barely tender, drain and return to pan. Add the water chestnuts, orange liqueur, butter , mint an dsalt. Cook over med-low heat until heated through.
