500g penne pasta
125g bacon,chopped
4 cups shredded lettuce
450g cooked prawns,peeled,and deveined
2 avocados,peeled,pitted and chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 lg lemon,juiced
2 tomatoes,chopped
1 tsp dried crushed chilli

1.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Place pasta in the pot,cook for 8 to 10 mins,until al dente,and drain.Let cool.
2.Place bacon in a frypan over medium high heat and cook until evenly brown. Drain and crumble. Spread the lettuce in the bottom of a serving bowl.
3.In a separate bowl,gently toss together the pasta,bacon,prawns,avocados,cheese,mayo,lemon juice,tomatoes and chilli.Spoon this over the lettuce and serve.
