1 (20 oz.) box raisin bran 5 c. flour 3 c. sugar 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 quart buttermilk 1 c. oil 4 eggs
Mix all but last 3 ingredients, mix well. Add last 3 ingredients. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes. Fill muffin tins to almost top. Muffins do not rise a lot. Keeps well in refrigerator for several weeks.
