1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil, eggs, and sugar. Add vanilla and sour milk (Hint: to make 'sour milk', add 1 T. cider vinegar to 1/2 c. milk). Add dry ingredients and then add shredded zucchini. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 325 F for 40-45 minutes. ***** Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips immediately after removing from oven!
