(1) 2 lb. Bag Of Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes - Cubed, Not Shredded, Thawed
1/2 c. Onion - Chopped
3/4 Can Of Campbell's Cream Of Chicken Soup
3/4 Can Of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
6 oz. Sour Cream
4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the soups and the sour cream.

Add the onions and hash brown potatoes to the soup and sour cream mixture, combine well. Salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a 9" X 13" casserole, put the mixture in the pan and make nice and level. Top with the cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes.

This recipe came from Jeannine McCoy's father, Tom Cook. It is a favorite for holiday dinners in their family. We made it for Sophie at Easter and she loved it.
