1-2tsp lemon juice

Use a fork to mash cream cheese with lemon juice. Mix in desired amount of pesto (I use about 1/2 a tub)

This is a recipe I got from a friend. She serves it with cold (cooked) cheese tortellini for dipping. It also goes well with crackers or bagel chips.
