1 Turkey Kielbasa
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 bag (boil-in-bag) white rice
1/2 sweet onion
4-6 cloves garlic
olive oil
1 bottle beer (I use Blue Moon)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage in chunks and soak in beer while preparing the rest. Chop onion and peel and crush garlic. Saute chopped onion and crushed garlic in a healthy puddle of olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add sausage and continue to saute for 5 minutes. Pour in the beer and simmer for 15 minutes. Rinse beans and add them to pan, cook another 15 minutes. Meanwhile have rice cooking separately according to instructions. Add rice to pan, stir and serve.
