1-1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Melted Butter 3 Eggs - Unbeaten
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1 Pint Sour Cream
1 pound Cream Cheese 1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Vanilla 1/4 cup Gran. Sugar
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 375 - grease spring form. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons on bottom - set as 2 tablespoons & mix rest of crumbs with butter & 1/4 cup sugar, pack into bottom of pan. Beat Cream Cheese until smooth & fluffy. Gradually add 1 tbs. vanilla, 1/2 cup sugar & eggs - Beat until creamy. Pour over crumbs - Bake 20 Minutes. Remove from oven & cool for 15 minutes. Increase oven to 475. Stir Sour Cream with last 2 ingredients. Spread evenly over cheese layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 10 min. , Cool & Refrigerate
