6 lasagna noodles
16 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook, drain and cool noodles. In medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt and oregano. Cut lasagna noodles in half (no lengthwise). Put 1/4 cup cheese mixture on each half. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Pour approximately 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in a 9 x 13 dish that has been sprayed with PAM. Place rolls in dish and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle additional Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
