1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 (12 oz.) bags spaghetti
1 jar pimientos, chopped
1/2 stick butter
3 lbs. chicken
2 onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender and can be removed from the bone or use boneless. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth until tender. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Mix all other ingredients with chicken, spaghetti and onions. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top just before removing from oven once it has melted.
