3 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tomato slices
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
dash pepper
3/4 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Mix chicken, celery, 1/2 c. cheese, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and seasoning. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with PAM, cover with tomatoes. Bake 35 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese and the chips, combined. Continue baking until cheese is melted.
