2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
2 cans whole kernel corn
3 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream style corn
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 cup of potato chips for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion and bell pepper together in butter. Set aside. Brown ground meat; drain well. Remove form heat. Add onion and bell pepper to meat mixture. Beat eggs well; add to hot meat mixture. Mix all corn in in a bowl. In large casserole dish layer meat mixture, corn, sliced tomatoes; repeat layer. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly and light brown on top.
