2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp cocoa (Heaping)

3 cups quick oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a good hard boil stirring constantly. Boil one minute and take off heat.

Add oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Drop by spoonful's on waxed paper.

Mrs. Krejdle used to live across the street from us when we were growing up. When I was anemic, she convinced Mom to make these cookies because the oatmeal was good for me. I always liked Mrs. Krejdle.
