1 (12oz) pkg baby Spinach, chopped
1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/3 c grated Romano cheese
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 c heavy cream
1/2 c sour cream
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
preheat oven to 350
place Spinach into large oven proof bowl. Microwave Spinach for 2 mins. Add remaining ingredients & stir, Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 mins. or until cheese is melted & bubbling.
