Boneless chicken cutlets 1 or 2 cans (depending on quantity of chicken) of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup 1 or 2 cups of Marsala cooking wine Additional sliced mushrooms (optional) Parmesan cheese
Place cutlets in baking dish mix soup and Marsala wine until blended microwave for 10 min. stirring occassionally pour over cutlets add add'l sliced mushrooms (if desired) cover w/parmesan cheese Bake for 45min to 1 hr (uncovered) until chicken done and cheese nicely browned on top
serve w/noodles or rice
If you want to prepare and leave in oven for auto start, I would freeze cutlets individually and keep frozen when mixed with other ingredients.
