2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 Cup light brown sugard
1 Tbs. Vinegar
1/2 Cup evaporated milk
1 Cup mashed ripe bananas
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & egg. Add vinegar to milk - Mix together w sugar & egg. Add bananas & butter. Add dry ingredients
Pour into greased flour pan

Bake 55 min. at 350
