3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick©
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Mix 2 cups of the cheese, the chicken, onion and broccoli in greased pie plate.

Beat remaining ingredients except cheese with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into pie plate.

Bake at 400º until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake just until melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
