1 lb. dry zita pasta
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 (26 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce OR your own sauce
6 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
1 1/2 c. sour cream
6 oz. mozzarella cheese - shredded
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta. Cook about 8 minutes. Drain. In a large skillet brown meat and onion. Butter a 9 x 13 in. baking dish. Layer as follows: A little sauce on bottom of pan. 1/2 ziti, provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese, remaining sauce mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and thoroughly heated.
