2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
4 Boneless Pork Chops
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 large onion
2 (4.5-oz.) cans sliced mushrooms-drained (If you like mushrooms)
2 (10.75-oz) cans of condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (15-oz.) can of beef broth
1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Brown chops for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. While browning season both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Transfer chops to 9 x 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with chopped onions and mushrooms. In a small bowl, combine soup, beef broth, onion soup mix and worchestershire sauce. Mix until smooth. Poor over chops. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
