Six eggs, boiled
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon spicy mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
After boiling eggs for ten minutes, move pot with eggs off the burner and let sit for an additional 10 minutes. After that, shock the eggs in cold water.
Mix ingredients and chill. Serve on toasted bread.
