2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
tsp vanilla
6 oz chocolate chips (regular or mini)

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on oven to 350 degrees while mixing cookies. Beat egg whites stiff. Add vanilla slowly while beating and then add the sugar slowly. Beat continuously until the whites peak. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Put in oven and turn off heat immediately. Leave cookies in oven all night with door closed. Remove in the morning.
