1 bag of fresh cranberries
1 green apple, cored NOT peeled
1 orange, seedless
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the cranberries in colander and remove any leaves or bad berries. Cut the cored apple into small chunks. Also cut the orange into small chunks leaving the skin on. In a food processor, add a third of each of the cranberries, apple and orange chunks. Pulse the food processor until you have broken down the fruit to a small dice and then add to your storage bowl. Repeat this for the next third. On the final third run the food processor until you get a very small dice. With all of the fruit mixture in your storage container, add the sugar and mix. Let mixture stand overnight before serving.
