5 ounce of cooked chicken breast-chopped
1/2 cup celery - chopped
3/4 cup apple-chopped
2 ounce walnuts
spoonful of raisins
1/3 cup of Italian dressing.."Girard" brand..Old Venice Italian version
green leafy lettuce

Directions:

Mix all together and spoon on top of leafy green lettuce.
