6 cups frozen hashbrowns (shredded or cubed)
1-2 T. chopped green pepper
4 sliced green onions
2 cups cubed ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/4 cup evaporated or whole milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in 9x13 well greased pan: hashbrowns, green pepper, green onion, ham and cheddar cheese. Mix together: eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper. Pour over top of ingredients in pan. Bake at 400 for 50 minutes, covered.
