1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 c. berries or other small pieces of fruit (frozen, fresh, or dried fruit soaked in warm water to soften)
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. applesauce, carrot puree, or oil.

Preheat the oven to 350. Mix everything together. It will be thick and goopy. Spoon into muffin tins, filling about 3/4 full. Bake for about 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
