1 fryer and 2 breasts (boil and debone, cut into small pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with tortilla chips. Add a thick layer of chicken mixture, then more tortilla chips and remaining chicken mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
