1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
nuts and fruits, optional
ice cream salt
crushed ice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a 1 pound coffee can, with a tight fitting lid. Tape around the lid. Place this can inside a 3 pound can along with crushed ice and 1 cup ice cream salt; spread evenly over the top. Place on the lid of the outer can; tape. Roll can for 15 minutes. Open the outer can; remove the lid of inner can; stir. Drain water; replace with more ice and salt. Roll 5 more times.
