8 lamb rib chops [about 3-4 oz each], trimmed of excess fat
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Olive oil for brushing
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
Pinch of ground cinnamon
8 - 1 6 grape leaves [depends on size of leaves]

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly season the chops with salt and pepper. Lightly brush both side sides with Olive oil. Brown chops on both side to get “grill marks” on them [they should be raw inside]. Remove from grill; sprinkle both sides with cinnamon & mint, easy with cinnamon! Rinse leaves and pat dry; trim any thick stems, discard. Place chop in center of leaf/leaves; wrap around chop leaving bone exposed. Brush both sides with olive oil
Grill chops for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium rare.
