1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbls sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 - 1/2 cup ice water
1 [12 oz] package frozen cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbls water
2 Tbls orange liqueur
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter or margarine soften
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients; cut in shortening with pastry blender. Sprinkle ice water, 1 Tbls at a time, evenly over surface. Stir in with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened; shape into a ball. Roll pastry into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Fit into 10 tart pan; trim excess pastry around edge; prick bottom; freeze 10 minutes. Line pastry with aluminum foil; fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes [crust will be very pale; remove foil; let cool on rack. Combine cranberries and next 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan; bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened, cool. Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, beating well. Spread evenly into prepared tart shell; top with cranberry mixture Serve with Orange Cream.

ORANGE CREAM

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until thickened but not stiff.
