Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lb. short ribs
1 1/4 c. Soy sauce
5 cloves of garlic minced
1 t. ginger minced or grated
1/4 c. raw sugar
2 T. sesame oil
1 1/2 T. sesame seeds
1/4 t. black pepper
2 T. chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the meat to make the sauce. Wash the ribs well before adding to the sauce (because of the cut of the meat - there tends to be little bone chips that need to be washed off). Let meat marinate for 1-2 hours. Grill the meat for 5-7 min. on each side.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe comes from our neighbors across the street. We all come running when Alvin starts BBQ'ing a batch of these ribs. If you can't find the right cut, ask your butcher to cut them for you. They are to die for!!! Just pick them up and eat them with your fingers.
