4-5 chicken breasts (cooked and cubed) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 6 oz. chopped green chilies 1 c. sour cream 1 c. olives 1/2 t. garlic salt 6 green onions 1 bag of Doritos (crushed) 2 c. shredded cheese 6 T. butter (for top)
Combine the chicken, soups, chilies, sour cream, olives, garlic salt, onions, and 2/3 of the Doritos. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese, remaining chips, and pats of butter. Bake for 30-40 min. at 350º.
I got this recipe from my sister-in-law Laurie and it's a family favorite - who doesn't love a dish with Doritos in it???
