1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1(13-oz.) can chicken breast in water
1 (20-oz.) can or bottle of chopped onions
1 T. lemon juice
2-3 shakes cayenne pepper, to taste - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese sit out until it is at room temperature. Then drain chicken well. Mix all ingredients well and form into a ball. Then roll in the chopped pecans. This is easiest done in the middle of a large piece of Saran Wrap or wax paper. Chill in refrigerator over night and serve with crackers.
