Personal Notes:
June is the wife of Tom Hollenshead and daughter-in-law of the late DeWitte and Mary (Waller) Hollenshead. Our family loves to pick apples in Cloudcroft, N.M. & when we return to El Paso we make this dessert. When we heard about this cookbook, Tom immediately said, "Put in the Apple Crisp recipe!"
